All members have the ability to report content that they feel is inappropriate or abusive. Examples include insults, profanity, personal attacks or deliberately misleading information.
When content is reported as inappropriate or abusive, a notification will go to the owner. They will be made aware that their Suburb Lead/s will be reviewing the content and if deemed inappropriate the content may be deleted. They may contact you to discuss the content and provide you with more information. They will not know who flagged the content.
As a Nabo Lead, you will receive a notification if content from your suburb has been reported. The email will contain the content, the reason it was reported and instructions on how to review it.
The message will also be added to the reported content queue which you can access via the following steps:
- Sign into your Nabo account.
- Hover over Leads in the top menu and click on Review reported content.
Important note: Posts should not be flagged or removed simply because a Nabo Lead does not agree with it. Please contact us should you need further advice.
