To create an account for your organisation you will first need to create a personal account for your residential address at www.nabo.com.au.
During this process, you will be asked if you have an organisation that you would like to create an account for later. Your organisation does not need to be in the same suburb as your residential account.
Upon creating your residential account, you can go ahead and add all of the details for your organisation. Once your organisation account is live, you can switch between your residential and organisation accounts at any time.
You need to create a residential account first because your organisation account is linked to your personal account. Linking accounts allows our members to easily switch between their organisation and personal profiles. It also means you can access both accounts with one set of login details.
Your personal and organisation accounts are treated completely separately and members will not see your personal details on your organisation page unless you choose to share this information.
