We encourage members to spread the word about great local businesses and share their positive experiences to help other neighbours. However, there will occasionally be reviews or comments that are less than positive.
If you come across a business review that you disagree with, we ask that members show respect and tolerance, and assume good intentions in others when contributing to conversations.
If you disagree with a business review, you can consider the following:
- Post your own positive review of your experience with the business
- Flag the post to be reviewed by the Nabo team
- Contact your Suburb Lead for advice
- Contact the Nabo team for support
